Gumpaste Flower (seasonal) Workshop - Students will work with gumpaste, cut and form petals, color flowers and leaves using gel and/or dusting powders. They will wire and assemble a cake top, bouquet or small arrangement to take home. Supplies required - gumpaste, red, green, and yellow gel, 3 paint brushes, tip #3 and #7, 20 gauge floral wire, small wire cutters, scissors, green floral tape, CelBoard with veiner, small rolling pin, fondant shaping foam, ball tool, box or container for completed bouquet. Request needed supplies when registering.
Gumpaste High Heel Shoe/Molded Purse - Students will mold the high heel the first night. Second day they will assemble the shoe and sculpture a rolled fondant purse.
Ornament Cupcakes - Students will bring home 4 filled and decorated cupcakes that resemble Christmas ornaments.
Fall/Thanksgiving Cookies (age 14 and up) - 6 - 8 decorated cookies. Price includes all supplies.
