Great for cookies and breads! This icing produces a nice gloss and medium hard finish - not too hard like royal icing (what's used to adhere a gingerbread house) but harder than buttercream frosting so you can stack your cookies without damaging them.
Sizes are random and generally are around 1.30 pounds.
